Exit Strategies

  • Review readiness to go public including reviews of financial statements, teams and their capabilities, accounting system/process, assist in the “quarterization” of historical financial information, internal control design and more.

  • Advise on SOX requirements and related management certifications.

  • Provide guidance with SEC filing requirements, review and help with drafting 10-k and 10-Qs, benchmarking of business metrics against peers and more.

  • Create a data room and any other materials. Facilitate communication between the two parties, answering questions, and addressing concerns that arise during the due diligence process.

  • Provide roadmap to the required structure of the financial function and teams to meet the demands of operating as a public company. Help with selection and training of the new hires who can excel in navigating the complexities of a public company.

  • Assist in customizing various employee equity incentive plans such as ESPP, RSU, PSU to help align and motivate employee to the long term success of the company.

  • Collaborate with you to determine the specific line of coverage that effectively mitigates business risk for public companies.
